Senior Concerns is proud to present the 28th annual Neftin Westlake Mazda Love Run on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in Westlake Village.

This annual event supports Senior Concerns’ Meals On Wheels Program, which helps ensure that homebound seniors do not go without food. Prior to the pandemic, Senior Concerns was delivering 800 meals per week. Over the past two years, Senior Concerns was delivering more than 4,000 meals per week to meet increased need. Today, meal delivery has leveled off at approximately 3,000 meals per week.

Senior Concerns has recently expanded the footprint of the program. In addition to delivering freshly prepared, nutritious meals to homebound seniors in Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, Senior Concerns is also delivering meals to homebound seniors in the cities of Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park.

The Love Run draws close to 2,000 participants who will participate in either a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or One Mile event..

The Finish Line Festival is also expected to attract a large and diverse group of exhibitors who will be handing out samples and sharing information from a variety of fitness and wellness related businesses. In addition, the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks will be serving a delicious pancake breakfast. And, once again the Finish Line Festival will include a beer garden hosted by Anhauser-Busch and featuring Michelob Ultra and Stella Artois.
