Senior Concerns has been closely monitoring coronavirus/COVID-19 and taking steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our facility. On Thursday, March 12th, Senior Concerns’ leadership participated in a call with Ventura County Public Health. Dr. Robert Levin, Health Officer, implemented an emergency declaration to enact social distancing plans
Based on the recommendations from Ventura County Public Health, Senior Concerns will close the Adult Day Care facility beginning on Monday, March 16th and continuing until the end of the month. At that time, the organization will reassess when the Adult Day Care Facility can safely reopen. All in person meetings, including support groups and seminars, are also on hold at this time.
The Meals on Wheels Program will continue uninterrupted at this time. Should you have a need for the Meals On Wheels Program, you may reach the Meals On Wheels staff at 805-496-2009
