To honor and celebrate family caregivers, Senior Concerns presents Caregiver Recognition Day, an annual event designed to provide family caregivers the opportunity to renew their spirit and enjoy an uplifting and empowering program. Caregiver Recognition Day is a day to honor YOU, caring for an aging loved one.
This year’s event focused on Building YOUR Care Team:
- Spiritual Care Team: Practicing mindfulness and traditional & contemporary spirituality
- Medical Care Team: Learning how to best advocate and build a relationship with your doctor & pharmacist
- Financial Care Team: Locating guidance when planning financially for care
- Professional Care Team: Finding trusted professionals to include in your care team
