Support Groups provide understanding, support and information from other caregivers and professionals who understand what caregiving is all about.

You will learn about

  1. Mental and physical changes that occur with aging.
  2. Dealing with difficult behaviors and making routine tasks easier.
  3. Maintaining sound nutrition, exercise and daily activity for your family member.
  4. Community resources and referrals.

Support groups are for caregivers, friends and families of frail, special need or memory impaired seniors.
