Don Hegarty, brings a rich and varied spectrum of financial and business experience to his position of Business Manager for Senior Concerns. Don has worked in the senior world as executive director of residential care centers, retirement centers and convalescent hospitals. This unique combination provides the organization with a strong knowledge of not only financial management but specifically in the field of taking care of seniors and their families.

In a small organization everyone wears many hats. Don has his share serving as the computer expert, facility maintenance go to guy and human resource supervisor. His contribution to the organization is matched only by his compassion and understanding of the people we serve.

Don completed is undergraduate studies and his Master in Business Administration at National University in San Diego, California. He and his wife are long time residents of the Conejo Valley. He is an active member of Ascension Lutheran Church and Kiwanis International.
